I am here to let you know that I have been cooking since high school and actually started in my Italian mom’s kitchen at 17. After that I cooked in an Italian Restaurant where mastered Italian Cuisine. I then joined the U.S. Army and cooked for our troops. After I got out of the military I cooked in a number of hi end places from Sacramento to the Gas Lamp in San Diego California where I am from.
After over 10 years of solid culinary experience I have formed Cali Chefs Personal chef and catering company. I have a passion for food and serving people amazing food. I love seeing the reactions to people after they try my food. I am really good at bringing friends and family together for an unforgettable and memorable experience that will cherish for a lifetime. I am Italian and my passion in life is food.
